I'm a 48 yr old female with type 1 for over 25 years control is good and I exercise to keep healthy and good sugar levels. I have just signed up to do a weekend road race of 150 miles and although confident I can manage just looking for advice and reassurance about managing my blood sugar levels over the cycling weekend and then in the few days after the event?
