New to forum

Hi everybody,
I was not sure I could join the forum, I might be pre-diabetes , I am a former carer looked after my mum for years with this illness
and now my brother has it, I know a lot about the illness and how to help and drugs etc. I liked all your posts so
decided to join, worried about developing diabetes and how to prevent it. and maybe help others with caring along the way
Well that's a short bit about me , will have a look around the forum.

With your experiences, There will be plenty of people that must gain good advice from you. :thumbup:

Prevention must be a simple key, I think I was Pre-Diabetes, however on wrong diet Etc; :?

There are lots of nice people on this forum which make's it nice to be a Member.
