These will transfer into glucose and can spike the blood sugar's upwards .
Try to test yourself before eating then couple hours after eating ?
This will reflect and show you the food spikes .
You will start to see a pattern with certain foods that they will spike you
greater than other foods .
Write down two list's of the foods that
don't spike you and one that
does spike you .
Keep going with all meals doing the do/don't spike lists .
These will help you get your BG levels down alongside your insulin units needs .
Plus you will end up with a food list to shop with - this way .
