Having diabetes.
Hello to all members, this my first post as I am new to this forum, I look forward to speaking to fellow diabetics about the problems we may face from time to time, I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes about two and a half years ago and currently take 500mg of metformin 3 times a day, along with ramipril and bendroflumaside for high blood pressure, my cholesterol is currently low at 4.5.
 
Hi tighthead3 and welcome to the forum :) Have a good read around to find out anything you wish to know and the search facility will help you with this. If there is anything you can't find just ask and someone will know the answer. I know you are not newly diagnosed but you still may need some help in managing your diabetes. Thanks for the quick replies to my first post. Although I am not newly diagnosed, I have lots of questions, especially regarding exercise, I know I will get good advice to any questions I may ask, you have made me feel very welcome thank you.
 
Hi..I am very new too..although been diagnosed almost a year
I didnt accept it very well :oops: am now trying to work with it
