Hi Colin, your question is a bit open ended to be fair. Do you need to gain/lose weight ? Are you looking to reduce carbs ? Do you eat meat ? I could go on but you get the picture. Yes after reading it back to myself I see how you mean., I could do with loosing about 2 stone I do eat meat but need help/advice with keeping the carbs down too
Eat just 3 meals a day and reduce your portion sizes should be enough to ensure weight loss, if you eat less calories than your body burns then the weight will move...........it's that simple! Obviously you would need to adjust your insulin if your reducing the carbs in your meals so do keep that in mind.
