Hi All, I've been diagnosed with Type 1 for 5 months now. It took a while to get on top of it, but things are going reasonably smoothly now that I'm used to the multiple daily injections. Over the last 5 months I think I've been learning new things about diabetes every day, a lot of it from experience, but also a lot from the people on this forum. Thought it was about time I spoke up and introduced myself!

Hi flux,

Welcome to the forum :)

Hopefully Daisy will be along and she can post some info the forum offers to all newbies, but i think if you've been reading for a while you may have already seen it. She is most kind like that :)

It's good your learning things about diabetes. It does take a while to absorb info as there is alot to learn.

Feel free to ask as many questions as you like.

I'm glad your getting on top of it all! :)

Hi flux and welcome to the forum :) I'm glad you've been reading around and are getting used to managing your diabetes. Ask as many questions as you like as there is always someone who will willingly help you. Read Greetings and Introductions (this forum) in particular and look at previous threads by me where you will find some useful information as mentioned by Ebony.
