New to the forum

Hi there, my son has just been diagnosed with T1 he is 19 1/2 months old. We have been home 24hrs and his blood sugars have been a little on the high side today. My bf also has T1. My son seems to have took to everything like a duck to water as they say haha. He has been give Novamix30 and has to get it twice a day, once b4 breakfast and again b4 dinner. I look forward to hearing from everyone and getting to know everyone. Xxx

there are loads of great people on here.
just take 1 day at a time -- and it is fine to be upset too - i know my parents were heartbroken when i was diagnosed.

Hello and welcome to the forum, so sorry to hear of your little ones diagnosis. They're other parents on the forum with very young children too. So hopefully they will be along at some point for a chat and some helpful advice and support.
I know how you are feeling, as my granddaughter was diagnosed at 2 1/2 years.
Anything you would like to know, please just ask, as someone is normally around.
