Hi, been advised I'm very board line T2 with a 80% of getting it. Currently on Statins and today prescribed with Metaformin. Reading the leaflet issued with the medication concerned about one of the possible side affects ... 'malabsorbstion of B12 ', currently have that issue been getting B12 injections since 18 (now 4cough1) .. should I be concerned? the nurse also said one of my levels was 52 which is still within safe levels but top edge is 53 we need to get it down ... what did she mean?

I would ask for a printout of your blood test.
ask Dr but b12 would be tested if you are on injections and you have absorption issues already.
I would buy a codefree meter and reduce my carbs
