Hi all,

First time here so trying to find my way round, had type 2 for 4 years now but try to be sensible with what i eat and with tablets help nurse seems to be happy with my progress.
Age 63, male living in UK, diagnosed later in life but still came as quite a shock.Have great help and support from family sometimes to the point of being annoying. I know they mean well but does anyone else have same problem.

Welcome to the forums @Ced1 ,

Yes we all have the same problems to a greater or lesser extent. My missus is going through a phase of buying sugar free chocolate, - my pointing out that it has the same carbs in it as the plain chocolate I buy falls on deaf ears.

Never mind.
