I have a lot of reorganising and priortising to do, i have started a diary when the lows occur , its usually around 11am, when ive finished my rounds, (manager at a sheltered housing scheme) by then been running around like a headless chicken, im guilty of ignoring the first signs and not bothered to have a snack as its close to lunch time, BUT today i had a couple of pecan nuts and some raisens and whoop whoop , i didnt drop.i usually have porridge for breakfast but today i added some bluberries and a chopped up dried apricot, and my energy levels didnt flag. someone suggested some protien at breakfast any thoughts on this.I am off work tomoz for a long weekend any suggestions what to take in the car just incase.... and what for a start of a journey would be best for brekka.
