As for feeling sick and lethargic, there are a myriad of reasons for this. Not all of them are Diabetes related.
Have you seen your GP about this. We do not diagnose conditions only offer advice.

Hi Lance, when you say sick etc, Is this after eating?
I find that i get sick and lethalgic after eating or after exercise.
How are your blood sugars? Do you have a blood testing machine?
Are you on any sort of meds or diet?
I find that if i eat a curry, i get acid reflux, In other words the spices cause a burning sensation and sick feeling in my throat! Have you suffered anything like that?
I know a couple of question's, Might help towards us offering you a little more info!
