The first and third go hand in hand....just start with those then maybe add the new hobby later....

I don't make new year resolutions any more as usually I fail at them. lol. I just continue to adjust things as I go in life.

I'm determined to get back to the fitness levels I had previously diabetes this year

Terrific blog post, @Type1Bri . I'd avoided most forms of exercise until I was 40 (diagnosed type 1 aged 11), for fear of hypos. Now, with my pump giving me such confidence, there's no stopping me! I'm about to head off to do my first 5k run of the year and my second one of the weekend.

I'll keep reading your blog to hear how it's going! Your fitness resolution is a good one!

Sorry but bacon is not healthy. Have chicken breast instead.
Bacon butties ..... drooling. Having some when I've done the dogs...
Other parts of chicken tastiest esp when roasted with crispy skin

Lose weight, bring BP down, keep BS in good numbers, walk every day (I do this anyway as I have 2 dogs, but need to make the effort to walk just a bit more every day), get on the bike I bought a year ago and explore Cambridge.

I drew this up tonight at my hubby's suggestion! 300 boxes to represent the 300 miles I'm going to walk! Now bearing in mind I'm a lazy so and so who has only recently started to exercise so this will be great motivation for me as hubby's promised a night away when I complete it!
