Hi. Do you plan to try low carb to control your T2? If so many of us have tips and plenty of support. If not, other have experience with various drugs etc.

There are several sites that provide information about carbs and T2 diabetes - Dr Davin Unwin, Dietdoctor, etc.
This is a good basic intro into why cutting carbs not just obvious sugar will help:
