hi my name is ted i live in california usa i was diagnosed diabetic in the uk in 2000 i have been controlling my type 2 diabetes with diet now since then still working pretty good just thought i would say hello to every one hope you are all doing well and keeping that sugar low ;)

Welcome Ted, Looking forward to hearing how you are getting on. Keep up the good work, you'll find lots of good advice on the website and the forums. You may think that some of your questions are a bit silly, but believe me someone somewhere has wondered the same thing at some point.
