HI, Yes its not a club i was hoping to join
my diet was a mixture of good and bad, lots of veg and chicken but also being half Italian loads of pasta and red meat.
I do have a sweet tooth or did have a sweet tooth which obviously didn't help, I'm not over weight but things slow down when you hit 50 plus.
I've been cutting out lots of sugar and carbs but have been finding it difficult, I feel hungry all of the time even though I'm actually eating more, my wife is helping me massively also which has been a great help.
