Newbie a few weeks in - what I wish I’d known at the start!


ohhhh thanks so much that’s interesting. I’ll have to check the label on the sausages in the future. And also I had a chilli which again has beans and that didn’t go too well either! Beastly beans boo!
 

Very interesting, I’ve gone the complete opposite. I’ve gone for fasting and vigorous HIIT exercise, before I eat my morning meal. Yes, my glucose levels do go up a bit after but come back down quick too. But most importantly for me is that my daily average glucose levels have significantly reduced. My premise is that I am trying to use up as much of my liver glucose reserves as I can before topping them up during the day.
As you say, it’s about working out what works for you.
