I increased my exercise this week and I have felt so hungry. Looking forward to the end 12 days now (I think). I have been dreaming of smoked mackerel for days. Had another round of blood tests today. They included liver function, Hba1c, standard sugar test (whatever that is) and something else I can't remember. I see the dietician and specialist on Tuesday to discuss what comes next. Has long as it involves some real food I will be happy. I know that they have twenty weeks at a gym in the mix, which I am going to take up. I just have to pay a twenty pounds good will gesture fee and the trainer will set me a programme to help keep weight off. I am going to do what ever they say because I feel they have been on the ball so far.
