Newbie who doesn’t like veg or salad HELP


Tudorclare, you are so right about the doctor's advice. As soon as I got home I was looking up a better understanding other than a list. I think the hardest part for me, was at the start of journey most of the meals I read about just did not sound that good or the meal prep was just to complex. For me it is simple, eat portion or protein, with a serving of quality carbs (like broccoli, cabbage, green beans, beans). I try to keep it simple.
