Hi All, I just joined this forum. My handle is mhtyler, but you can call me mark. I'm in the USA, but I have been paying much more attention to what is happening with T2D in the UK because you seem to be ahead of the curve generally. I've had T2D for 7 and a half years, and have just started the Newcastle Diet...well, about 3+ weeks ago. So far so good. My gurus on this issue are Dr Roy Taylor of the U of Newcastle, Dr Jason Fung, and Dr Mark Lustig. I'll stop here since this is my first post. Cheers!
