Hello
I have been diagnosed with type 2 last year with no medications.
Now I have been given Metformin slow release but don't take to it too well.
I have also been given Rybelsus and am scared to take it after a severe migraine and horrible feeling , out of it, from just one dose.
The nurse thinks that I am ok as my finger test readings are 7.5 on average on waking and never more the 11 in the day.
My Habc1 test shows 47 to 51

I don't know what to do really

Thank you

Hi Margishtov and welcome to the forums. We've all been through the "newly diagnosed" thing and it does get better.

I'd advise having a good read round on the forum - try the "success stories" section to see what's worked for people - and dont be afraid to ask questions. I found that a low carb - very low carb, actually, worked really well for me. It's important to find something that works for you.

Best of luck!
