There is nothing you can do about it, just learn from it. What I will say as someone diagnosed older is I believe I am much fitter than I would have been now. Having to think about everything I eat and drink and inject sure makes me think before putting unhealthy food In my mouth and I ask myself do I really need that. The answer is usually no.</blockquote>
