No one asks for diabetes, you certainly didn't nor did we, so we just have to deal with the hand we are given and you are making a great start in that, so please stop beating yourself up over it.</p><p></p><p>As diabetics most of us lead a perfectly normal life, going out, meeting people maybe dancing, singing, visiting new places etc there is nothing really to stop you from traveling if that's what you want to do. Yes you do have to shop around for travel insurance but it can be found, even annual cover.</p><p>The main things that have to change is our eating habits and exercise.</p><p></p><p>May I ask do you have a blood glucose testing machine?
