I have a few questions for you though : if you have high cholesterol, I would have thought you should avoid anything high in fat? And why soak almonds and walnuts in water? I eat them just as they are. Thanks for your advice, too. I think it sounds very sensible and basically just like what the GP told me today. Keep up the good work! Oh, I do try to walk when I can, but not much during the week. At weekend we go for up to 9 miles walk. Gym will be first thing to do in the New year.</p></blockquote><p></p>
