[QUOTE="Red_river_, post: 1630114, member: 448756"] I am sorry I obviously upset quite a few people here who care. I was on the road the whole week, and I did try hard to go low carb. Just one day I slipped that I have carb both meals. It's easier if I cook at home, just when I have to eat out 2 meals a day for a whole week, it's a bit more difficult. ( I know, excuses again). Today I have been good: egg and tomatoes and pepper bells for breakfast, pepper bells and zucchini and a potato for lunch. Little rice , prawn and zucchini for dinner. A pomegranate for snack. I know ( not as well as a lot of you do) what complications diabetes can bring, and I know for sure I'd rather not to have to take medication. I know what I had that day wasn't good that's why I said I was naughty. I know probably some people have a " naughty" moment when they allow themselves to have a treat. please don't judge me by the word I used. I just wanted to make the subject a bit lighter that's all.
