I used to wonder why and how and I never really understood why it happened, i'd been very healthy all my life. As soon as I came to terms and started educating myself I learned how to cope better, it's really about confidence and knowing what you can do and what the effects of it will be like, this does come in time, now. It does get alot better but talking to others, learning and listening to your body will help.
