Well, just checking in to report progress. Three month Hb1AC came in at 44 mmol/l down from 57mmol/l. Cholesterol (total) down to 4 (from 5.5). Triglycerides and non-HDL cholesterol well within normal ranges. 12kgs lost in weight and BP hovering around the 120/80 mark with a bit of fluctuation.
Very pleased given I've done that with diet (mostly lower carb approach) and exercise only (walking 12k steps a day on average).
