Newly Diagnosed With Reactive Hypoglycaemia

Hi all I have just been told that I have reactive hypoglycaemia by my doctor and that was it, no offer of dietician help or information , nothing.
Need some advice on what to do now?

There are a few of us with RH on here, so you are in good company.

Don't worry. We have all been through this. The reason you haven't been given much advice is because they usually don't have a clue. :D

On the other hand, we have been living this thing for years, and we can probably help a lot.
