[QUOTE="jammy507, post: 2122995, member: 513579"] Hello Good people, My name is Sandeep(male, 37 yrs old) I am from India and i currently reside in US for work. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes when I did my annual physicals at my Physician's office on April 30th, 2019. Took off from work for about 6 weeks because this was stressing me out. I have been following this forum since then and definitely this forum has been helpful for me in learning and getting educated about diabetes. Since my diagnosis, I quit smoking cigarettes cold turkey for 2 weeks after diagnosis and then smoked until quit again (it was pretty hard for me to do this) on July 11th, 2019 (been smoking for 12 years).
