Dr. Richard Anderson, a diabetes expert from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, discovered several years ago that cinnamon helps to stabilize blood sugar levels by improving the quality of insulin in the body. But more recently, he found that cinnamon also helps to stop the formation of Alzheimer's disease, the sixth-leading cause of death in the U.S.

I have a little on brekkie every morning JIC.... 8)

As long as breakfast is not porridge!

I've tried cinnamon - definitely better as an ingredient than as a pill. I found that burping after a cinnamon pill is NOT pleasant...

I have loved cinammon ( and cardomom ) all my life and put it in everything I can get away with. Knew I was a closet genius!

I've tried cinnamon a few years ago but it didn't do anything for me, maybe I'll give it another go just to make certain.
