"CEREAL END TO SNACKING" Reasearchers at Kings College london found that a wholesome breakfast of Cereals and milk made it far less likely that you snack on fatty food during day.
Even though some studies show that people who eat cereal take in more calories overall they are more likely to have a normal Body Mass Index.
