Did anyone else read the letter in daily mail today saying she was fed up with people thinking she was a diabetic cause she was fat underactive etc ,so far I agree its not nice ,then she went on to say she was type 1 and wished people would differentiate with type2 as they have had weight and lack of excercise causing it !!! Cant believe a diabetic said this about this myth

Unfortunately there is such a sad lack of education even amongst diabetics and I dare say that the fact that she says she is diabetic would carry more weight with some readers as they would expect her to know all about diabetes. :roll:
