Nexus Gluco RX

I purchased a years supply of strips,with a free Nexus Gluco RX meter,from the Diabetes.co.uk site.I now find that however large the drop of blood, the meter suggests there is insufficient blood to test my glucose.Who should I complain to?Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello, thank you for your query on 18 May regarding "insufficient blood sample". We suggest holding your blood glucose meter with test strip inserted at a 45degree angle to the puncture site for easy uptake of the blood sample. Hope this helps.

I don't know if this is your first Meyer but there is a knack to it. Hold the tip of the strip where the hole is just inside the drop of blood. The blood is then sucked into the strip. Also try to keep the Meter slightly lower than the blood drop.
