NHS which strips?

Madam Butterfly if the NHS provide you with test strips as a birthday present then I will do the right thing and bake you a cake. Please bear in mind that it might have curry in it as that's the only thing I can cook that doesn't make people violently ill

eerr umm er thanks? um not too sure about curry cake.... perhaps a korma? Love coconut!!
The NHS gave me a very special gift for my 50th birthday..... woke up on my birthday in hospital.... they decided to remove my gallbladder! I'd only been on the waiting list a year and 2 days....
following day, I had my big birthday party in my home determined to enjoy myself!!
