What are the biscuity things on the front plate? And PLEAS tell me they are low carb and where is the recipe? Please please please?

They are almond shortbread from www.wholesomeyum.com They are under two carbs each.

I have tried a number of lc biccie recipes, but they rarely live up to expectations, do they?

We were discussing a book on how your position in your family effects your personality. (Pop psychology, not very edifying) and The Ashes of London. ( a bit of a CJ Sansom rip off, set in 1666)

The biggest success were the flaxseed crackers. A surprise as they seemed a bit "healthy" tasting to me!
