    Signature

Type 2 for 8 years before starting in keto June 2015. Since 2016 Hba1c 34. TC 6.4, HDL 1.8, LDL 4.2. Now on zero meds and less than 50g of carbs (past 2 years) unless i'm down the pub! Incidentally I also fast Monday to Friday 18.30 to 11.30 the next day easy to do as i'm at work! Lost 4 stone since being Keto. As of May 2017 hba1c is 32. I think my diabetes is nearly fixed. Patience is the key, and LCHF. As of November 2017 I do not take any medication last HBA1c June 2018 was 33. Will live LCHF for life!
