I bought these seaweed thins from Sainsburys before Christmas and have just opened a packet. Manic flavour. 0.6g carb per packet and I would defy anyone to eat more than a tadge. Great!
If you don't like the taste of fish, or salt, it's not for you. It's an acquired taste but after 2 thins, I was hooked.Gave the intense flavour without carbs and very low salt

They are full of sea nutrients too. Th eonly doen side is they get stuck in my teeth when they’re not fresh out of the container.

You’re right, they’re a great snack - a favourite since discovering them a few years ago. Most oriental grocers stock them.
