Hi @jd58 Thank you very much for pointing that out. Very interesting and right on the nail for research related to my interests. Let's hope the establishment takes some notice.
 
I was surprised that more people didn't pick up on this article, with authors like Hallberg, Volek and Phinney. Perhaps I am missing something and it's an old article rehashed or something like that.
However, it is very pertinent to current discussions on ketosis and Virta.
Please let me have your views @Brunneria and @bulkbiker
