Goodnight Brett you're always so cheerful, helps keep me upbeat when I come on here, I did laugh at mo 1905's bit about dawn phenomenon not biting :lol: we definitely don't want that. Have a good bank holiday weekend everyone

Dawn phenomenon didn't bite after all woke up with a 4.9 (think the alchohol helped with that)

I slept later than usual, got up at 10 instead of the usual 5.30! So I'm just assuming that's why

Yes u must hale lol. Had a 7.2 this morning. Think I should get up earlier on sundays too!!! Either that or change my hourly basal rates for sundays. Decisions, decisions

I have a puppy so can't usually lie in, but I've been staying at my parents for the weekend so took full advantage! Back to normal tomorrow
