I work weird shift patterns where it’s 2 12 hr days followed by 2 12 hr nights , I’m type 2 and can keep my sugars in check when working through the day and when I’m off. I struggle with night shifts tho as I don’t get much sleep when I get home the next day and it always seems to keep my sugars slightly elevated until I have a decent nights sleep when I’m on my time off , does anyone have this issue and are there any work arounds anyone knows off ?
