So I know about dawn phenomenon and dint thinks it’s that.
I woke up this morning about 4 to 4.30, really hot, feeling nauseous and a bit sweaty. Checked sugars and they were 9.4.
I had barely moved and had been asleep fir hours (although quite dreamy and angry ones last night weirdly).
Now I’m up and been to loo got dressed it’s 6.4.
Is it normal for sugars to rise without warning or need during the night?

ny meal last night was 7pm ish and after 90 mins my sugars hadn’t really done much and were 6 something. More than I’d normal eat but I had the munchies for some reason.

my monthly is due tomorrow so I’m expecting to run a bit higher but 9.4 straight from sleep seems bit high so thought I’d check.
