Night sweats and terrible thirst.

I am type 2 but not on medication. Would night sweats and thirst stop if I was on medication

These are the only symptoms I saw that led to my diagnosis as type2. Although I was prescribed medication, I believe that removal of Sugar & Carbs from my diet also removed these symptoms and very quickly, rather than my Metformin.

I've been on metformin for a bout 6 years & still get night sweats & very dry mouth, especially at night
