Been away for a few years so thought it a good idea to see what's new. I have noticed that when retiring to sleep there are two possible outcomes showing up for my Libre record.
1. A graph showing a picture similar to a mountain range. Up and down through the small hours of my sleep.
2. Occasionally it's more or less a flat line.
Any info out there that might explain.
Cheers Garry.

how are the peaks of the range looking figure wise from/to. could be something like digestion time if had something particulary complex and/or carbish. eg mac n cheese for me tends to not spike for a couple of hours then raised for several hours afterwards usually with twin peaks. couple of other foods have had can have simular effect so now i try to avoid them at least for evening meal.
