Night time lows

I am not sure about fasting- I am a chronic RH and I can't fast.
How do you manage overnight?
And coping through the day to prevent hypoglycaemia!
RH is about food. And dietary issues need to be restricted to help relieve symptoms.
Fasting isn't a necessity, eating very small meals, every couple of hours is better than big meals a few hours apart! The amount of carbs, which does trigger the symptoms, has to be as low as possible.
Otherwise you will find yourself in a hypo hell! As I did before diagnosis and eating zero carb!
Let us know if you have questions about the condition or if I can help you.
Best wishes.

Thanks guys. Been experiencing exactly this for the last few days. It's put my mind at ease.
