Hoping for some advice. My husband has type 2 diabetes and he started on LCHF yesterday, the good news is he's already seeing an improvement in his blood sugars, down side he was up twice in the night with low sugar levels (3) and we had a very early breakfast 5.30am (On a Saturday !) as levels were below 4. Low blood sugar levels are really knew for us as the reason for deciding to try LCHF was persistently high blood sugars with no difference between before bed and early morning. Any help welcome.
