Night time readings

Are these significant?

I don't think so, because it's in the normal range. If it was pre meal, it doesn't give you much room to move and stay under 7.1. But if it's bedtime or during the night, I think it's fine. It will take time to get your FBG down to where you would like.
 
Not a major problem but lower would be better as it will almost always rise in the morning.
