Being diagnosed earlier in the yr with type2 i have learnt to read food labels carefully. not all no added sugar foods are as they seem. Morrisons value museli has less sugar than the no added sugar. I assume this is due to less dried fruit. It's well worth checking the labels to see if the cheaper is better.
