No alcohol lo carb mulled drink!

I can't have alcohol and am lchf so have found schloer light red grape a great idea - 5.3 carbs per 100 mls and sweetened with stevia. Not planning on drinking loads of the stuff, just pleased I could have something mulled-ish with cinnamon and orange peel etc.

Or I think there might be things you could so with low cal ginger ale and cranberries..? I'm normally fine with tea, coffee, water, just would like a special drink at Xmas too!
 
while lower carb than others, I find the per 100ml very dangerous

that is because you rarely drink only 100ml, but most of the time around 300ml+ !

And this is a point well worth remembering in general because very often values quoted for so called "portion sizes" are ridiculously small. And since many soft drinks will be made from concentrated fruit juice they're liable to be quite carby in any reasonable quantity - unfortunately.
