No carb Pasta

Any thoughts/opinions on no carb pasta?

I've had some of that from a different brand. It's pretty disgusting really. More like rice noodles than pasta; it also has a very different texture to pasta. Give it ago but I don't think it's really that great. Also I'm a bit wierded out by what it actually is; no fat carbs or anything really.

You can just buy one packet from Holland & Barrett of a different brand to try it out if you want.

£30 seems too much for this stuff.

I've not tried it for a long time, many years in fact. It was as close to cardboard you can get without it being cardboard, hopefully they've improved the recipe.
