Hello. I have a problem, I want to replace my Polish driving license for English. I filled D1, photo ID card, driver's license after 3 weeks they sent me an ID card and the next day they sent me the papers about the fact that I am a diabetic: / but I'm not. Probably I pointed out something wrong in D1. How you can loosen? Today, I registered with a doctor, a lady in the window said that they have no history of my treatment, I called them and explained.

So you have no prior history of diabetes at all and are not diabetic?

You need to ring the DVLA is all. They will probably get in touch with your GP to confirm that you are, indeed not diabetic.
