No names or locations, but what was your experience of being diabetic in a primary or secondary school?
I was 'fortunate' to be diagnosed (type 1) at the ripe old age of 30, so I have no experience of what it's like to be on the receiving end of medical care for diabetics in primary or secondary school.
However, I am very interested in this question, which I feel is an important 'elephant in the room' and a crucial field of research, if we are going to improve the life chances of all people with diabetes.
